It works fine for me whether I set the custom window title via the cmd line
option (gui.window_title) or the GUI menu.  Assuming that "Welcome screen shows
version" is checked in prefs GUI; at least one of VERSION_MAJOR, VERSION_MINOR,
VERSION_MICRO, VERSION_BUILD, or VERSION_EXTRA are non-blank config.nmake; and
you've got SVN 33631 of main.c; I would try doing a distclean and then
rebuilding.  If afterward you can see the version in the welcome splash screen
but not in the title bar, that would be very strange.
