Wireshark · Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] Move plugins/ to epan/dissectors/plugins/

Hello,

I'd like to move the plugins/ directory into epan/dissectors/. They provide
just more dissectors and depend on epan anyway.
Are there good reasons not to do that move?
