Fixed in SVN #33617;
The packets column will also now sort properly.
In addition, the start-time. end-time and packets columns are now displayed as
right-justified.
The fix will be available shortly in the Windows Dev Build directory if you
want to try it out.

I will add this fix to the queue for the upcoming 1.4 release. It may or may
not be included in 1.4 depending upon what Gerald decides.
