When sorting voip calls by start time or end time, the ordering is incorrect
and seems to be based on the first digit, so you get 1 then 17 then 19 then 22
then 23 then 8 then 9

(8 and 9 should be before 17)

This makes it hard to debu call flow problems on multi leg calls.
