Source, Examples and SVN diff

I'm not sure how to make it for Linux, because I only work on the Windows tool
chain.

Even so, I tried to modify some files such as CMakeList.txt and Makefile.nmake
etc, and include the svn diff in package.

On the other hand, I have added more detail protocol information in this
version, maybe the tap interface will be add later.

So, just register a temporary project to maintain it, before the plugin could
be merged into wireshark code tree.
