Please treat it as a build in dissector. Submit the diff on Makefile.common,
CMakeLists.txt too (and Authors if you wish).
Did you fuzztest this code?
We (!Windows world) don't have Windows.h, leave it out.
Don't hide setting columns inside a 'if (tree)' condition.
