Regarding issue #2 -

I have added support for some of the initial TightVNC packets and encoding type
identification as SVN revision 23345.  I am having to look through TightVNC
source code to figure its special packets out since I cannot find documentation
of their extensions.  Thus this part will take longer.  Please review progress
so far if you are interested.  More to come...
