Thanks for your enhancement request and sorry for it taking almost 2 years to
implement ;-).  I just added a "Follow UDP Stream" feature to Wireshark as SVN
revisions 23346 & 23347.  You can download a development release source code (a
tarball or via SVN) or wait for release 0.99.7 to come out to use this feature.
