I have not used PHP in a while so I am not sure what the http wrapper is.  My
machine has php 4.4.7 and it does not have the get_file_contents() function. 
Could you either let me know how to use the http wrapper via that function or
attach a sample capture file showing the problem to this bug?  Thanks.
