The implementation in Linux is using libpcap (the underlying capture
library) which doesn't allow to set this size, so recompile won't help.

On Win32, it's possible to set it but the current implementation is
broken, see http://bugs.ethereal.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=148
