Hi,
       here is the patch to 0.9.14 to move the initialization
of the addresses in the plugin interface structure from runtime
to link time.
The previously unused file plugins/Xass-list is now in use and the
file plugins/Xepan_plugins.c is not used anymore.
Also, the plugins/Makefile.nmake is changed a bit so it will not
attempt to build the X* files automatically, it will only issue a
warning stating they may me out of date.

Please apply this patch.
