The 0.9.14 Windows installer was built with GLib 2.2.1, GTK+ 1.3.0, iconv
1.9, Zlib 1.14, Net-SNMP 5.0.6, and ADNS 1.0. I've checked in the change
to build with GTK+ 1.3 and Glib 2.x by default.
