I've checked that in, but without the change to use a different GLib
version.

Gerald, did you build and package the 0.9.14 release with the most
recent GTK+ 1.3, and GLib 2.x, as per Lars's mail?  If not, should we do
so for 0.9.15?  (If we packaged 0.9.14 with GLib 2.x, or should package
0.9.15 with it, we should change config.nmake to specify GLib 2.0.)
