how to capture entire SQL Server queries(protocol TDS) from capture for a session or client in web application, and export as text/csv.

COL_MAX_LEN only specifies the limit for the maximum number of characters
displayed in any given column (except for the info column, which is determined
by COL_MAX_INFO_LEN).  The maximum number of characters displayed for any given
protocol field in the protocol details pane is specified by ITEM_LABEL_LENGTH,
which is currently defined as 240 in epan/proto.h.
