The bug did not occur directly after installing Wireshark since I hoped to fix
this crash by reinstalling Wireshark. But now, after serveral days, the bug
still occurs.
I did uninstall the USB capturing module which did not fix the issue.

Steps to reproduce:
Install latest Windows 10 TH2 with any available updates,
install Wireshark with recommended settings,
reboot (potentially multiple times),
launch Wireshark
Result:
App hangs on "Loading module settings..."/ "Please wait while Wireshark is
initializing"
Expected results:
Wireshark launches to it's main screen
