It occurs in the standard release of Wireshark (x64) probably Qt Interface on
Windows.

My computer is self built, so not sold by i.e. Dell.

Feel free to ask for further details.

I could upload a dumpcap.DMP (~58MiB). This process gets stuck and requires
reboot to be killed due to access denied error.
