Unfortunately, the issue still occurs.

I followed your instructions word by word.
When I launch Wireshark after the installation, it works but then after
rebooting my machine the issue comes up again.

I will attach my memory dumps to this bug when they are uploaded but I think
this might be an issue with the so called "cFos Turbo Lan" from ASUS, but
that's just a guess
