I cannot reproduce the issue when installing Wireshark 2.0.1 on Windows
10.0.14251 (latest build on fast ring).
Usually a freeze when launching Wireshark is often due to dumpcap.exe process
not behaving properly because of WinPcap driver.
Could you try deinstalling / reinstalling WinPcap with admin rights?
