Thanks for checking.

TostoiseSVN seems to need a start with some "Index" line, which doesn't
seem to be provided by diff. I'll have to dig into the syntax of the
patch tool again ... Fortunately, I've written down my experiences of it
in the developer's guide last time, so I know where to look at :-)

I'll have a look at this, but probably not this weekend.
