Hi all,
From earlier posts i found that you can monitor a router by configuring it or through a switch using port monitoring. In port monitoring a switch, how can i configure wireshark to monitor a specific port?

You don't. You configure the switch to monitor to a port, and you plug the computer running WireShark into that port.
