Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] 1299 bytes captured, SSL TLSv1 Length 2620

Hello All,
Can someone educate me or point me to some reference materials?

Wireshark shows 1299 bytes captured, but the SSL TLSv1 Length shows 2620. What does this lenth mean? Can it be larger than the whole packet including the header?
