Hi.

This patch adds an option to packet-ber to show unexpected tags/data
as unknown BER.  It also fixes some offset/length combinations when
adding the error message to the tree.

What do you think?  I use this to find bugs both in data traffic and
wireshark, as it's easier to pinpoint which data the dissector does
not like.
