I've updated my patch after Michael's review, I also found a few bugs that have
been fixed in this latest patch:
 * The 6LoWPAN extended hopcount will parse incorrectly if tree==NULL.
 * Unknown 6LoWPAN dispatch codes may be displayed incorrectly due to their
variable-length encoding.
 * Decode-As doesn't work for ZGP, because ZGP uses a broadcast PANID.
 * Added Decode-As for LWM.
