Unfortunately the script fix-encoding-args doesn't worked for me, don't know
why, but thanks anyway.

changes made:
- added ENC_BIG_ENDIAN for all fields that are greater than one octet. 
- added else statement for attentionNo, if attentionNo is unknown
- added expert info for both crc16 checks 

- 1000 passes in fuzz test, with no errors

Hope now everything is okay :>
