As a native English speaker, I really don't have a problem with the old
wording. It actually reads more cleanly to me than the proposed new wording.

I agree there's nothing wrong with ending sentences with prepositions, but
neither is there anything wrong with *not* ending sentences with prepositions.

My opinion isn't particularly strong though - I'm curious what others think of
the issue.

P.S. I believe it would make more sense to say "capture packets on" as opposed
to "capture packets with" in any event.
