We don't want to disable those functions in the standard release, so the patch,
as supplied, is unacceptable.
If you want to maintain your own private version of Wireshark that disables
them, or want to change the configure script to have an *option* to disable
those buttons, feel free to do so.
Note also that:
1) the configure script is not a source file - configure.in is the source
file, from which the configure script is generated, so we will *not* accept
patches to the file "configure";
2) this appears to have a lot of other changes, which you'll need to
explain,
