Ok, before I do that. Would it make more sense to you, if I took both
dissectors (EPL and EPL_V1) and merged them? Therefore I could really clean up
both headers (although EPL_V1 is really nowhere in use anymore) and also rename
EPL to it's correct name "Ethernet POWERLINK" (without V2, as there is no
versioning officially).
It would clear up two additionally files, and the resulting header would only
expose configuration stuff other modules can use, like e.g. the UDP port.
