I agree with 1. and 2. With regard to 3., if you're saying that the patch
should be updated so that a Refresh or restart of Wireshark is no longer
required, I quite agree. I tested making a change to 'File Open preview
timeout' interval and then hitting Apply. The change took effect immediately.
I'll resubmit the patch with that improvement unless you say otherwise.
On a side note, I placed a checkmark on 'Name Resolution -> Enable transport
Name resolution' and hit Apply, Save, and closed the dialog. The change didn't
take effect until I hit the Refresh button. So that pref and possible some
others need to be corrected in this manner as well.
