SSTP dissector
Alright, thanks for the feedback.
I've added a condition to check whether it is an SSTP conversation. However,
since SSTP starts negociation with HTTP over SSL (TCP/443), I've skipped this
part from the dissector, as it is not technically part of the SSTP VPN process.
