Using Sipp, I receive a Malformed Error when I play a 200 OK containing the
following line:
Authentication-Info:
nextnonce="69ce963acc184fc1c2ae8fb3c11a0103",qop="auth",rspauth="4af57fe7c6e1dc8efa079d22d4ca4e57",cnonce="a1aa9fa",nc=00000002

This line is 100% correct according to:

The syntax of Authentication-Info header is defined in RFC 2617 and RFC 3261 as
follows:

   Authentication-Info  = "Authentication-Info" HCOLON ainfo
                           *(COMMA ainfo)
   ainfo                =  nextnonce / message-qop
                            / response-auth / cnonce
                            / nonce-count
   nextnonce            =  "nextnonce" EQUAL nonce-value
   response-auth        =  "rspauth" EQUAL response-digest
   response-digest      =  LDQUOT *LHEX RDQUOT
