patch for dissector

Sorry, I think I have misunderstood your suggestion, because I just try to
construct a standalone plugin, but your suggestion is about the build-in
dissector.

So, just following the sector 1.9 of README.developer, add the wiki page
<http://wiki.wireshark.org/Gearman>, the sample packets
<http://wiki.wireshark.org/SampleCaptures/> and submit the svn diff.

The dissector feature is enough for my requirements, I think it's status is not
on progress :)
