Changed severity back to normal, as it doesn't affect most users (see
explanation of serverity next to the button). Not being able to build the rpm
isn't dramatic, you can always install it directly.

I'm opposed to both changes:

I want things to be installed in /usr instead of /usr/local because I want to
overwrite existing wireshark installations - troubleshooting installations
where there are a Distro and a wireshark.org binaries is often a cause for
problems.
The "proper" fix for this problem is that *you* set the correct variable in
*your* rpmmacros file.

The change regarding the manpath only makes sense if used with a prefix of
/usr/local, it will *break* on installations into /usr.
The proper fix here would be a patch that uses the proper macronames in the
specfile instead of partially hardcoded paths. I'd be perfectly happy to
integrate such a patch.
