Yes. In fact, I've been unable to build GTK+ on OS X 10.4 with *any* ofthe picture loaders (PNG, JPEG, TIFF) - there were collisions withTiger's own libraries with similar names - so I built it on Tigerwithout the TIFF, PNG, or JPEG loaders.
