I don't believe that Mr. Sahlberg should be apologising for anything!

Mr. Sahlberg and the rest of the Ethereal team do an outstanding job of
providing the ethereal community with a world-class open-source product and
maintaining it so effectively.

In addition they seem to have the patience of saints in dealing with the
correspondence from users.
