If the combo box labeled "Interface:" in the "Capture Preferences" lists
more than one interface, do "ipconfig /all" from a command prompt
window, and make sure you're capturing on the correct interface.

If you are capturing on the correct interface, and still see no packets,
download WinDump, and try using it on the same interface.

If you *still* see no packets, this is a WinPcap issue, not an Ethereal
or WinDump issue; send a bug report to winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
