	You are looking at a "hex dump" of the packet.
This has three components

	1) The byte number, in hex (0010, 0020)
	2) The value of 16 bytes, in hex (00 01 08 00...)
	3) The value of those same 16 bytes, as ASCII characters,
		if they are printable, and as "." if they are not

The third allows you to glimpse text in the midst of other data.
