Hi,

I am documenting the installation of Ethereal on FreeBSD, NetBSD and
OpenBSD.

I use FreeBSD on a daily basis and have used the ports collection to
install it (although I actually build from my own source dir based around
the CVS tree).

I think that the approach is pretty much the same on all three OSes, viz:

   su -
   cd /usr/ports/net/ethereal
   make
   make install

Can anyone disabuse me of mistaken notions I have?

Regards
