I have rewritten the IGMP dissector from scratch (and pulled it out from
packet-ip.c to its own
file) since it was not complete.

The dissector supports all v0,v1,v2,v3 packets (v3 from the IETF draft).

I have tested V3 successfully and it looks great.

Right now I need some sample captures of IGMP V2 for testing.
I guess V1 and especially V0 is impossible to get.

Does anyone have any IGMP V2 captures I can test the dissector with before I
post the patch?
