I'm about to upgrade the Diameter dissector to match the current draft.  
However, part of the upgrade is an XML dictionary.  Is there an XML parser
in ethereal, or can I link to libxml?

If an XML parser does not exist, would anyone care if I tried to dlopen
libxml?
