Ah, this is the problem. I'm no windows user so I usually don't pay
attention to win32 patches :) We should really get this patch
reviewed and committed.
If updated the patch. It looks as though Express uses still won't be
able to compile adns though due to a missing header "afxres.h". I don't
know about VS 2008 EE though.
