Hi,

I may be speaking up too soon, but your talking about a pre-release that
you want tagged. Pre, as in not final. That means there will be no tag in
/releases/ since it's not done yet. I guess Gerald will take care of
creating a tag in /releases/ once 0.99.1 (final) is done.
