DSCP decimal Value in column prefered over hex

Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

I updated to 2.0.5 and now the IP DSCP Value is showing EF instead of 46 as
example. It appears to be broke in 2.0.5 as 2.0.4 and below work just fine.

I understand the reason for changing but IMO it was the wrong decisions, I want
to see as a breif descrip the actual DSCP value as I set it in the Column
fields

As seen in the screen shot from 2.0.4 the DSCP Colun is showing 46 or whatever
its set to.  If I want to drill down to view the rest of the info I can do
that.  IMO this functionality should be restored
