In ISUP(ANSI) Backward Call Indicators, a few of the bits are being decoded
wrong per the ATIS-1000113.3.2005 definition - which is unfortunately not a
free public document.

Going through the Wireshark 1.10.3 decode:

Charge Indicator - Correct
Called Party's status indicator - Correct
Called Party's category indicator - Correct
End-to-End Method Indicator - Correct

Internetworking Indicator - Correct
End-to-End Information Indicator - WRONG
  - This is the ITU spec, but in ANSI it is "IAM Segmentation Indicator"
    0 = No Indication
1 = Additional information has been received and incorporated into call
set-up
ISDN User Part Indicator - Correct
Holding Indicator - WRONG
   - In ITU spec, it is 'requested', in ANSI spec it is 'Required', so ANSI
values are:
0 = holding not required (default)
1 = holding required (No procedure specified for U.S. networks)
ISDN Access Indicator - Correct
Echo Control Device Indicator - Correct
SCCP Method Indicator - Correct
