Hi wondered if anyone else had come accros this problem, XP sp2, Tosh notebook. the following error occurs when i select Statistics, Protocol hirearchy
 
"file proto_hier_stats.c: line 98: assertion failed: (finfo->hfinfo->parent == -1
)"
 
and comes up with runtime error  microsoft visual c++ runtime library
 
runtime error in ethereal.exe
 
any help much appreciated
