1) Install Linux on your machine, if it has a driver for that adapter
   and the driver supports monitor mode.  I don't know whether there's a
   Linux driver for that adapter.

2) Buy a Network Chemistry WSP100, when it's available:

	http://www.networkchemistry.com/

   and use their modified version of WinPcap to capture from the WSP100
   device rather than using the interface on your machine to do the
   capturing.

3) Buy a commercial product, such as Sniffer Wireless:

   or AiroPeek or AiroPeek NX:
