The mail was written by me, or a DIS dissector was written by me?

If you found an e-mail claiming that I'd written a DIS dissector, I'd
like the URL in the archive for that message, because *I* sure as hell
don't remember writing a DIS dissector.

You're not seeing a DIS dissector because there isn't one to see.

Neither Ethereal's framework for writing dissectors, nor its dissectors,
are designed for that.  It might be possible to reuse the code, but
you'd be entirely on your own if you chose to do that.
