If it reports no interfaces, report that to

	winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

as this is probably a problem with WinPcap, about which Ethereal can do
nothing.

If it reports interfaces, try running WinDump and see if it can capture
on any of the interfaces.  If it can't, report that to

	winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

as this is probably a problem with WinPcap, about which Ethereal can do
nothing.
