Title: Newbie question regarding libcrypto.so.0

Hi,

I've installed the ethereal-0.8.12 binary distribution from sun.freeware.com as well as all the prerequistes...

    voip2# pkginfo | grep gtk
    application SMCgtk+        gtk+
    voip2# pkginfo | grep libpcap
    application SMClibp        libpcap
    voip2# pkginfo | grep glib
    application SMCglib        glib

However, when I use the ethereal gui, after the packet capture session is finished, the displayed packets very briefly appear before the application core dumps.

voip2# adb core
core file = core -- program ``ethereal'' on platform SUNW,Ultra-250
SIGBUS: Bus Error

Also, when I try to run tcpdump from the command line I get:

    voip2# /usr/local/sbin/tcpdump
ld.so.1: /usr/local/sbin/tcpdump: fatal: libcrypto.so.0: open failed: No such file or directory
    Killed

This libcrypto.so.0 is not installed on the unix box. I've had a quick look on the net but couldn't find much about libcrypto.

Can anyone help me out?

Cheers,

Marc
