Is there a tutorial on how to use Ethereal 0.8.18-1? 
I installed 0.8.18-1.i386.rpm on my Redhat 7 box and
have it running right now.  See Lots of packets being
captured but I'd like more in-depth documentation on
how to use this tool particularly.

I found a pretty good tutorial on the Winnt
installation, but how about for the Linux world?
