Hi,
I downloaded a distribution ethereal-0.10.0a.tar.bz2 from ethereal webstie.
After decompressing the distribution I found a top level folder
'ethereal-0.10.0a' for the source tree. I added the code in this
folder and created patch by 'diff -u old-file new-file > your-changes.patch'
as was mentioned in http://wiki.ethereal.com/SendingFilesToEthereal .
This patch needs to be run from ethereal-0.10.0a/ directory as follows:
#cd ethereal-0.10.0a/
#patch -p0 <ethereal-0.10.0a-mldv2.patch
If I need to checkout using svn and make the modification in that code,
run and create the patch, please allow me some time to do that. Currently,
I am very busy with my project work.
